assorted sour fruit including rose apple, white radish, green mango, yam bean, pineapple and cucumber, cut into bite sized peices and served with a tamarind dipping sauce

peel all the fruit and vegetables (except the rose apple) and cut into bite sized peices
make the sauce using tamarind juice, palm sugar, salt and birds eye chilli
arrange the fruit and vegetables on a platter, serve the sauce in a dipping bowl and top with the chopped peanut and a dish of freshly cut chilli.
